After living abroad for 10+ years working as an environmental conflict specialist, Sarah discovered Newburgh, NY. Three weeks after visiting the city for the first time, she packed up & relocated. Shortly after, she founded a performance & recording studio in what was then an abandoned hair salon.
Inspired by local creatives’ interest in rediscovering & reinventing “downtown" American living, she founded ReAttached.

Andres Santiago

Andrés grew up in the Bronx, working along-side his dad renovating and managing family-owned rental properties. After a decade of property management, he switched gears by launching a successful event production company in Austin, TX. Andrés is now back home in NY to be close to family and embrace his real estate investment and management roots! He can also be found DJ-ing his weekly livestream on twitch or providing sound anywhere a vibe is required.

Acre ended up in Newburgh, NY after leaving an unfulfilling career as a civil engineer; tedium and a desire to truly value their time drove them to see what was on the other side of designing buildings for clients. Now, they spend most of their time immersed in Hudson Valley Real Estate. Acre is involved in investment planning, construction, property management, and deal analysis. They do environmental conservation work in their free time.

Jenya Saprykina

Jenya was born in Kazakhstan, grew up in Belarus, was living in Georgia (the country!) for some time, and is now based in Poland. She completed a degree in architecture, and though she enjoys the idea of designing spaces, she quickly gravitated towards graphic design. Jenya and ReAttached’s lead Broker Sarah met while designing branding materials for a recording studio, and Jenya has been invaluable in creating and maintaining ReAttached’s eye-catching identity since day one.

What can we tell you about Bessie, our intrepid office manager? Born in France, raised in the Czech Republic. Lived in St. Maarten, Turkey, Spain, The Netherlands, England and currently in Tanzania. She's always searching for a new adventure; after general-contracting a renovation in 2017, real estate took centre stage in her life. Bessie obtained a degree in Construction Management and Property Development before coming on board with ReAttached.
